Finding Grace

GRACE can mean a number of things - Moving with a natural ease and beauty, or the unconditional love given to us by a higher power, or simply showing kindness, courtesy and compassion to others. There may be times when we feel the lack of all three. This event aims to help us recover our sense of grace with gentle movement, music, meditation and purposeful intention.

About the facilitator

With over 50 years of experience in yoga, Atma O’Meara has spent the past 30 years teaching and sharing its transformative power. She has led numerous workshops and retreats, including many years as the owner of a retreat centre in Barrydale. Her passion lies in guiding others on their journey to wellness and inner peace.
