Re-writing Relationships - Embodied Constellations

This method draws inspiration from family constellations, inner parts therapy and ritual performance practices. You do not need any prior experience.

You already have all of the answers inside of you - this practice simply provides the space and structure to access your own embodied knowing. You will work with a relationship dynamic that you are currently struggling with - it could be with your partner (or potential partner), a family member, a business or even a substance.

We will go through a very specific process to Wit(h)ness, express, understand, clear and integrate the situation. We will write a new story.
