Sacred Breath and Sound Journey

An alchemical journey into the inner-self and the outer-universe, via the portals of sacred breath awareness and practices guided by Aumji & accompanied sacred sounds played and sung by Shomon to amplify your experience and assist your journey. Shomon is a recording and performing artist who has studied abroad (scholarships in music studies in both South Korea and at Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA), performed nationally and internationally, composed music for various documentaries, received television and radio coverage and released 3 albums to date. She teaches music during the week and performs on the weekends. It is her great, humble joy to share her blessed gift of love and healing through the realm of sound. Most of her compositions are inspired by communications with God, Nature, Life experiencesand spontaneous inspirations.

Aumji has been on the breath-track for 25 years through meditation, teacher training in mindfulness, yoga and personal training, psychotherapy processing training and work, over 5000 hours breathwork training and practice and life coaching training. He puts this all into practice through his work. His signature tool is breathwork as it brings about deep, significant and instant change for his clients.  He appears on GAIA TV in a documentary episode called Conscious Breathing, where he guides a client through a breathwork session that was filmed at The Space Between. His interviews on Breath Intelligence include podcasts and appearing live on News24 TV channel. Aumji's motto is: live life from a place of Purpose, Passion and Play.
