Service Description
Essential Class. Drop-in R170 or various class card options. Come whirl your waist into shape with guided Yoga- and Dance-inspired Fitness workouts in a safe, upbeat and comfortable environment. Sessions are FUN and structured with warm up, workout, stretching and cool down, while rotating attention between specific body regions to ensure a balanced, full body workout. Sessions cater to all levels of experience, and modifications can be applied for more/less intensity, and to adapt for any prior injuries or physical restrictions. This energising and creative practice supports release of stress, physical discomfort, deep rooted trauma, and aids in relaxation. Our focus is on embracing one's natural strength and range of motion to lead personal progress, improving core stability and engaging healthy muscle tone. Martha Graham believes, "Dance is the hidden language of the Soul" ... Come connect with your body's wisdom and tune in to what desires to be heard.

Cancellation Policy
Drop-in bookings are class specific and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for class bookings paid with class cards. Any cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time will automatically be credited back onto the relevant class card. All bookings for classes that are not cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time will be charged in full. Class cards cannot be refunded. Please ensure you purchase the correct class card (Essential or Specialist). Please take note of your class card expiry date and attend classes before then. Therapies and private lessons not cancelled 24 hours before the booking time will be charged in full. Courses are paid for in full at the start of the course and are not refundable
