Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Immersion

Aerial Yoga is a fun, challenging modality that combines elements of yoga, Pilates, strength training and Aerial Arts. With the hammock’s silky support, we gain new perspectives on familiar yoga poses, develop whole body strength, improve our mobility, enjoy supported stretches and feel the many therapeutic benefits of inversions.

On this immersion you will learn to teach safe, accessible Aerial Yoga classes for various ages and fitness levels. You will understand the details of hammock setup and how to use this wonderful prop in different positions on the body to practise supported yoga poses, strength exercises and basic flips. Receive step-by step guidance on class structuring, sequencing and facilitation to build your teaching confidence.

This 50-hour immersive training will take place over 9 days, including two full weekends and shorter daily sessions during the week. A final day will be put aside to finish practical assessments if necessary. Participants will…
