ĀKĀŚA - Gong & Sound Immersion

Ākāśa is the Sanskrit word for space - the fifth element, the field in which all other elements move. This is not a gentle drift into rest. It is an invitation to dissolve.

The gong is one of the most powerful instruments in sound healing. Its full-spectrum vibration bypasses the thinking mind almost entirely, moving directly into the body - shifting brainwave states, loosening held tension in the fascia and nervous system, and creating a profound sense of space within. First-timers are always surprised. There is nowhere to hide, and nowhere you need to be.

Natalie will hold this space with the same grounded, therapeutic presence she brings to all her work - informed by years of Yoga Therapy and Breathwork training, and a deep understanding of how the body processes sound and sensation.
