About the Facilitator

Kim is a mature woman who has been passionate about health and natural food for over 35 years, using plants as her balancer. She lives on a farm in the Eastern Cape and runs edible gardening workshops, yoga classes (live and online), as well as yogic and Ayurvedic retreats. Previously a Pillates teacher, Kim upskilled to become a hatha-based yoga teacher in Vakala, Kerala, India at Vrinda School of Yoga. She has lived an Ayurvedic lifestyle using food and herbs and nature as her (and her family's) medicine for over 25 years. Kim astudied with Laura Plumb, Yoga Veda institute and Dr Vinod in India, Rishikesh as an Ayurvedic councillor and therapeutic Ayurvedic yoga practitioner. Kim is a gastromic gardener and offers Ayurvedic and plant-based cooking classes and recipes to suit individual needs. She also does online and in-person Ayurvedic consults to offer unique individual journeys to thrive. She calls herself Hello healthi.

Accommodation

We offer a variety of rooms at different prices. Most rooms can be shared with a friend or partner. Please contact us directly if you would like to share your room.

Food 

This retreat focuses on Breathwork and food. Kim will provide you with Ayurvedic recipes all ingredients are included, and you'll enjoy a daily delicious meal and afternoon snacks from fi•ka.

Classes

The retreat includes two yoga classes and a Nia dance class led by different teachers.
