Breathwork Ceremony

This guided breathwork ceremony is designed for those who feel the call to go deeper—beyond the mind and into the body. It’s a space to release, reconnect, and realign with your inner truth through the power of the breath.

Combining shamanic and holotropic-inspired breathwork, this session uses a connected breathing technique to safely access expanded states of awareness, dissolve emotional blocks, and awaken your body’s natural healing intelligence.

Unlike a typical class, this is a complete journey. The experience begins with an energetic cleansing ritual to open the space, followed by grounding into the body through gentle movement and intention setting.

From there, you're guided into an intense, transformational breathwork session, held in a safe and supportive container. We close with time for integration and reflection, helping your nervous system absorb the shifts and insights from the journey.
