Emmajane Brown spent a transformative month in India completing her 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training, where she developed a deep appreciation for the pranayama and meditation techniques she encountered. This immersive experience profoundly strengthened her connection to these practices.

Simone Franks is a dynamic Vinyasa yoga teacher with over eight years of experience. She teaches at The Space Betweenin Plettenberg Bay, where she offers grounding, holistic practices that support both body and mind. As the General Manager and Event Coordinator for an off-grid space in Knysna, Simone is deeply committed to community, sustainability, and creative collaboration.
