Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

THE EXPERIENCE

A sound bath offers a profoundly immersive, whole-body listening experience designed to harness the soothing power of sound. It fosters therapeutic and rejuvenating processes to nurture both your mind and body. The sound bath begins with each person seated comfortably and being taken through abrief guided breathing experience, followed by a few gentle moments to heighten your sensory awareness. You're invited to lie down and get comfortable, using items like pillows, and blankets. Leandra will gradually introduce sound into the room. While she uses various instruments, the main ones are the crystal singing bowls. You may encounter a range of experiences, including profound relaxation, a heightened sense of peace, uplifted mood, improved clarity of thought, physical and emotional release, a deeper self-connection, or simply enjoy the sensations.

Leandra will use indigenous South African essential oils during the session and will close the event with a beautiful card circle.
