Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Journey

Meet Leandra Besters, a dynamic and adventurous soul from the Netherlands, a passionate traveller who has embraced the vibrant culture of South Africa. She is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), Clinical Hypnotherapist, Amen Clinics Brain Health Professional, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Sound Bath Facilitator and Scrum Master. Leandra combines her diverse expertise to guide individuals on their transformative journeys.

Leandra will facilitate a Sound Bath, which is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience. It's called a bath because you are immersed in sound, letting the vibrations wash over you to facilitate deep relaxation.

The sound bath begins with a brief guided breathing practice while seated comfortably, followed by a few gentle moments to heighten your sensory awareness. You will then be invited to lie down and make yourself comfortable with pillows, and blankets.

Leandra will gradually introduce sound into the room using various instruments, principally crystal singing bowls. You might encounter a range of experiences, including profound relaxation, a heightened sense of peace, an uplifted mood, improved clarity of thought, physical and emotional release, a deeper self-connection, or simply enjoy the sensations.

Leandra will use indigenous South African essential oils during the session and will close the event with a beautiful card circle.
