Movement and Functional Breath
An experience of connecting to your fascia through gentle spiral movement, moved to varied music, combined with intervals of functional breathing to unlock your nervous system’s own capacity to heal.
Lizl will guide you through this fluid, spiralling exploration of the body’s connective tissue, while Natalie weaves in intervals of functional breathwork, closing with a deep state of rest that allows everything you’ve unwound to settle and integrate.
Come as you are, and leave a little more spacious than you arrived.
About the facilitators
Lizl Pretorius has trained under the Royal Academy of Dance from the age of 5 and matriculating from the National School of Arts in Braamfontein, Johannesburg, Lizl still took to the stage as performing artist in her 40’s.
