In Free Your Voice: Rising Rooted, you’ll be guided through breath, sound, and gentle movement practices designed to support a grounded and confident relationship with your voice.
This workshop invites you to slow down and listen to your inner voice. Through embodied exploration and playful vocal expression, you’ll release tension, strengthen your foundations, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of your sound.
There is no pressure to perform - only an invitation to explore.
As we move through a seasonal shift, Rising Rooted offers space to grow from steady ground. To rise without losing your roots.
Each workshop is co-created by the people in the room and the energy we generate together. No two gatherings are ever the same. If you’ve joined before, you are warmly invited to return and experience how your voice meets this new moment. All voices are welcome. No singing experience is required.
