Full Moon & Cacao Ceremony

Connection and letting go. Setting intentions under the light of a full moon. 

Together, we pray, connect, and surrender to the sounds of nature. 

This gentle yet powerful medicine helps open and soften our hearts, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. 

Ceremonial cocoa, known for its medicinal and spiritual properties, has been used by many indigenous cultures to restore balance and harmony. Its high magnesium content promotes deep relaxation, while theobromine, often referred to as the 'food of the gods,' enhances blood flow throughout the body and brain, providing clarity and grounding us in our heart center. 

The nature of cocoa facilitates expanded states of consciousness, increased awareness, and a deeper connection with ourselves and those around us."

About the Facilitator

Marine Charlotte is leading a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rheenendale. With 5 years of teaching experience primarily in Hatha yoga and 9 years of dedicated practice, she brings extensive expertise to her students.
