Tina Hopff, also known as Sanjeet Prakash Kaur, is a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher trained at the mother ashram of Yogi Bhajan in New Mexico. In addition to her teaching role, Tina is a Naturopath, seamlessly integrating her extensive knowledge of natural healing into her classes. She is a regular teacher at The Space Between, where she shares her holistic approach to wellness with her students.

Anika Hari sings mantra to help her tune in to herself, spirit and all beings present. Her love for music started at a very early age, and she pursued a career as a singer/songwriter in her 20’s where she released 2 albums. 20 years later, she prefers not to perform, but rather to make music that helps others connect to spirit, themselves and others.
