Letting Go

Letting Go of old habits, relationships and situations that no longer serve or sustain us is our Soul’s longing. During this three hour workshop, Atma will guide us with the deep stillness of Yin Yoga woven together with the powerful and dynamic teachings of Kundalini Yoga that provide a safe and sacred space to release and unshackle our perceived restrictions and limitations, ultimately bringing in a new way of being and relating.
