About the event
Many of us are carrying unresolved stress: Unshed tears, unspoken words, frozen responses, protective armouring.
When stress isn’t released, it becomes stored in our muscles, our fascia, our breath and our emotional body.
This workshop offers a safe, comfortable space for those “frozen” places to gently thaw, soften and let go.
We begin by exploring your unique stress response through a guided questionnaire, helping you understand how your nervous system protects you whether through fight, flight, freeze or fawn.
Awareness brings understanding and compassion, and compassion brings choice and change.
You’ll then be guided through MST (Moving, Shaking & Tapping):
