Nāda refers to the primordial sound - the vibration that underlies all of existence. In this tradition, the voice is not just an instrument. It is the most direct path into the body.

In this session Natalie gently invites your own voice into the space. Through simple, guided chanting - accessible to absolute beginners - you will feel what it means to vibrate from within. The resonance moves through your chest, your throat, your skull. It is ancient, immediate, and surprisingly intimate.

This is not a performance. There is no right or wrong way to sound. Natalie draws on her experience holding space for people of all backgrounds - creating a safe, non-judgemental container where vulnerability is welcome and the only invitation is to show up and make sound.
