We begin with the sacred medicine of Ceremonial Cacao, a gentle heart-opener that softens the edges of the day.

From there, you’ll be guided into reclined stillness as crystal & Tibetan bowls, chimes, and live natural soundscapes bathe your body and spirit in frequency and light. A weaving of sound and silence, of sweetness and surrender, of remembering the radiance that lives within.
