Sacred Numbers - Embodying Movement and Meaning

Learn about Somatics, Movement, Breathwork, and Sacred Mudras against the backdrop of the profound symbolism associated with numbers. Zero (0) through Nine (9) holds a sacred wisdom worth exploring in order to more consciously activate your body and spirit's needs.

This is a novel mixed-modality workshop, and we trust you will find it both info-taining and practical. We will be looking at your personal numbers to inspire you to prioritise points of care in your body and celebrate the movements and bodywork that will assist you in honoring both your intentions and your being.

It is a great opportunity to renew your access to tools that are yours at all times. Every number has meaning in our lives, and our awareness allows each of us to magnify our purpose by using the tools in this workshop. We are so excited to see you there.
