SANDHYĀ - Sunset Sound Bath

Sandhyā is Sanskrit for twilight - the liminal hour when the light shifts and the world softens. There is something about this time of day that the body already knows. The nervous system begins to ease. The pace of thought slows. The edges of the day start to blur.

Our sunset sound bath times this evening intentionally, using the natural transition of dusk as a co-facilitator. As the light outside changes, so does the quality of presence inside. You are invited to let the day go - not by force, but by following what the body already wants to do when given permission.

You will be guided through a short embodiment practice before the sound begins - just enough to land you fully in your body, to mark the crossing from outer to inner, from doing to being.
