About the Facilitators
Maria Shearer is Restorative yoga teacher, MST facilitator; and body therapist. Maria is skilled in bringing a deeper sense of tranquility and ease to all those she teaches and touches.
Cecile Sasman is a passionate movement and wellness teacher, and the founder of LeCielStudio in Knysna. She is a qualified BASI Pilates instructor, Face Yoga teacher and NIA Blue Belt instructor. Cecile loves sharing the joy of mindful movement and creating meaningful connections through her work. Her mission is to inspire others on their journey towards a healthy, balanced and joyful lifestyle.
