Join Natalie for a deeply restorative sunset sound bath - a space to slow down, soften, and recalibrate your nervous system as the day turns to evening. Guided by Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gentle sound, and intentional stillness, this session supports relaxation, emotional integration, and deep rest.
About the Facilitator
Natalie is a somatic educator, breathworker, sound healer, and yoga therapist. She guides people into deeper presence, nervous system regulation, and embodied well-being through sound, breath, and therapeutic movement. With years of experience creating safe, restorative spaces, Natalie holds gentle, transformative containers where the body, mind, and emotions can settle, integrate, and rejuvenate.
