Our unique health food bar, fi·ka, is the brainchild of the innovative Janine Richter,

whose passion for food was kindled at a very young age. It’s the perfect venue for nutritious brunches, wholesome lunches or simply lounging and sipping a speciality tea or bespoke coffee, while gazing at fynbos, ocean and sky.

 

Plant-based delights, as well as a selected garnish of ethically-sourced protein, are lovingly prepared to enliven your taste buds, while energising and fortifying your body.

 

Rehydrate with a cold-pressed juice or vegan smoothie, bursting with intense flavour. Crunch on a falafel harvest bowl, nibble on elegant rice paper rolls or indulge your appetite with a nourishing health wrap.
