Drop-in R220 or various class card option. An hour of deep rest and renewal. A mini retreat for the nervous system. This Restorative Sound Bath is a guided journey into stillness using sound frequencies to quiet the busy “monkey mind,” slow brain waves, and restore harmony to body and mind. As your system settles, you naturally access deeper states of awareness where creativity, clarity, and intuition can unfold. Cancellation Policy
Drop-in bookings are class specific and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for class bookings paid with class cards. Any cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time will automatically be credited back onto the relevant class card. All bookings for classes that are not cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time will be charged in full. Class cards cannot be refunded. Please ensure you purchase the correct class card (Essential or Specialist). Please take note of your class card expiry date and attend classes before then. Therapies and private lessons not cancelled 24 hours before the booking time will be charged in full. Courses are paid for in full at the start of the course and are not refundable
