Essential Class. Drop-in R170 or various class card options. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time, typically around 3 to 5 minutes. This allows for a deep stretch in the body's connective tissues, such as ligaments tendons, and fascia. Yin Yoga focuses on releasing tension and increasing flexibility, while also promoting relaxation and mindfulness. It is a great practice for those looking to improve their flexibility, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. In a Yin class, you can expect a combination of gentle movements, breath work, and relaxation techniques. Cancellation Policy

Drop-in bookings are class specific and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for class bookings paid with class cards. Any cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time will automatically be credited back onto the relevant class card. All bookings for classes that are not cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time will be charged in full. Class cards cannot be refunded. Please ensure you purchase the correct class card (Essential or Specialist). Please take note of your class card expiry date and attend classes before then. Therapies and private lessons not cancelled 24 hours before the booking time will be charged in full. Courses are paid for in full at the start of the course and are not refundable
