Essential Class. Drop-in R170 or various class card options. Eve’s gentle, yet powerful approach to yoga was originally inspired by Vanda Scaravelli. This gentle, yet powerful approach to yoga harnesses the force of gravity to encourage the spontaneous movement of the spine. In recent years Eve has been influenced by the Feldenkrais Method and her own studies, practice and experimentation. Movement often weaves within and between the poses. In this body-led practice, we sense our way along, guided by what feels right. Breath is the key to a calm and focused mind, encouraging playful curiosity. Soon we begin to unfold in new ways, often beyond our expectations. Eve invites you to cast aside ambition and journey within. Discover your inherent strength, mobility and balance. With patience and quiet observation, the body can open and blossom, allowing you to find freedom.

Cancellation Policy

Drop-in bookings are class specific and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for class bookings paid with class cards. Any cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time will automatically be credited back onto the relevant class card. All bookings for classes that are not cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time will be charged in full. Class cards cannot be refunded. Please ensure you purchase the correct class card (Essential or Specialist). Please take note of your class card expiry date and attend classes before then. Therapies and private lessons not cancelled 24 hours before the booking time will be charged in full. Courses are paid for in full at the start of the course and are not refundable
